Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Loapi platform, operated by Kosher Solutions Pty Ltd (Botswana company number BW00000166162).

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Loapi, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net, enter the email address used at checkout, and locate the order you would like refunded; or
  2. Email us at hello@loapi.ai with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds for renewal charges after the initial 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, technical issues that prevented use of the Service).

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken until the trial converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.
